Many Native American dolls are notable for their detail and accuracy in reproducing adult costume. The doll is also wearing moccasins, leggings and a belt pouch. A choker necklace of white beads imitates the dentalium shell necklaces worn by adults. Facial paint is also visible, if somewhat faint. Such well-loved and well-used toys are seldom found in this condition.
