BiographyMidener has been head of the sculpture department at the Society of Arts and Crafts (Detroit, Michigan) since 1946, and has been associate director since 1962. He has exhibited nationally, and his work appears in the collections of the Detroit Institute of Arts, Whitney Museum of American Art, and the FIA.
